Fast.com

Fast.com tests your internet download speed the moment the page opens, with no ads or extra buttons. It's run by Netflix.

What you can do with it

• Check whether your internet is slow right now
• Click 'More info' for upload speed and latency
• Compare speeds on Wi-Fi versus a cable

Good to know

For an accurate result, pause other downloads and streaming before testing. Run it a few times at different hours to spot evening slowdowns.
