This page explains who owns what on CWLoot, what you're free to do with our downloads, and how to ask us to change or remove something.

What we own

Our guides, resource descriptions, page design, the CWLoot name and logo, and the templates we make are © CWLoot. Please don't copy our guides or descriptions in bulk onto another website. Linking to any page is always welcome.

Using our free templates

The templates and files we make (budgets, quotations, payslips, estimates and so on) are free to use. You may:

  • Download, edit and print them as many times as you like.
  • Use them in your business, for your clients, or at school.
  • Add your own logo, prices and details.

Please don't:

  • Sell them, or bundle them into something you sell, as they are.
  • Upload them to another website for download or claim you made them.
  • Remove our credit from the file if you're passing on the original.

Want to share a template? Send people the link to its page on CWLoot instead of the file. That way they always get the latest version.

Third-party websites and files

Tools and websites listed here belong to their owners. Their names, logos and screenshots are shown only to identify them and help you find them. It doesn't mean they endorse CWLoot, or that we own them.

Files offered by other websites are covered by their own licence. Check it before you reuse them.

Removal and correction requests

If you own a website, tool or piece of content listed here and want something changed or removed, we'll sort it out. Email admin@cwloot.com with:

  1. The page address on CWLoot.
  2. What you'd like changed or removed.
  3. How you're connected to it (for example, you run the website).

We aim to reply within 5 business days, and we'll act quickly on anything that's clearly incorrect.

Copyright complaints

We don't host other people's files. Downloads on CWLoot are our own templates. If you believe something here uses your work without permission, email admin@cwloot.com with the page address, a description of your work, and how to reach you. We'll review it and remove anything that infringes.
