Information and education only

Everything on CWLoot is provided for general information and learning. Our guides explain how things usually work. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, engineering or other professional advice.

For anything with real consequences, like registering a business, paying taxes, NHT or NIS matters, building permits or signing a contract, check with the official body or a qualified professional before you act.

Other websites are run by other people

Most listings link to websites and tools owned and operated by other companies. We open and check each one before we list it, but after that it's out of our hands. Sites change their features, prices, free plans and terms, and some shut down.

We don't guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety or suitability of any third-party website, tool or file. Read their terms and privacy policy before you sign up or share any information with them.

Downloads

Templates and files we offer are provided "as is", without any warranty. They're a starting point:

  • Check the figures and formulas before you rely on them, especially for pay, tax, quotes or estimates.
  • Rates, deductions and laws change. A template that was correct when we made it may need updating.
  • Scan any file before opening it, and keep a copy of your own work.

No payment for listings

We don't charge anyone to be listed, and a listing isn't paid for. If a link ever becomes a paid or affiliate link, we'll label it clearly on that page.

Advertising

CWLoot is supported by ads, which are labelled "Advertisement". An ad is not a recommendation, and advertisers have no say in what we list or how we describe it.

Limits of our responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CWLoot is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, a linked website, or a file downloaded from here. You use them at your own risk.
